Web & UI Design
As a part of this service, we follow the User Centred Design Process to design usable, pleasing and business focussed web products. We usually start the process with User Research where we try to identify the needs and define the persona of the user. The UI design happens based on the insights that come out. The UI is then validated through various Usability Testing mechanisms that we use like Hallway Usability Testing, Click Density Tests etc.
The exact steps of the process are customized from project to project depending upon timelines, budgets and requirements. A typical corporate website might not require user research and a information site might not need extensive usability testing. A utility based site might need all the above steps and more.
We have championed a process which we like to call “Rapid Prototyping” which helps us iterate visual prototypes and evolve the web products quickly.
